Fairview Hospital Patient Financial Services Department promises to make the billing process as easy as possible. We want to make sure you receive the full benefits of your insurance coverage as well as consideration under our financial assistance programs, if applicable.

How You Can Help
At Fairview Hospital, we are committed to making the billing process as patient-friendly as possible.Here are some ways you can help the billing process go smoothly.

In accordance with our values of dignity, integrity, service and compassion, it is the policy of the medical center to admit and to allow all patients impartial access to treatment that is available or medically indicated, regardless of race, color, creed, age, political or religious affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, national origin or sources of payment for care.
If you receive care in one of Fairview’s clinics, you will receive one bill for all services. The bill will include any lab work, radiology or provider charges.

If you receive care at one of our hospitals or hospital-based clinics, you will receive a separate bill for each service and from each doctor who treated you.
